What are Lula's Candles made with?

We use an all-natural, renewable, non-toxic, and biodegradable soy wax, derived from a hydrogenated form of soybean oil.

Why Soy Wax? 

Soy wax burns longer and at a cooler temperature than paraffin wax. It is also better for our environments as it does not have or release any toxins like paraffin wax.

What are the wicks made of?

Our CD wicks is composed of natural flat cotton threads and interwoven with paper threads. Our CD wicks are 100% lead & zinc-free.

What does it mean when it is Phthalate-Free?

It means toxic free, and chemical free.

​

Are your products cruelty-free? 

We do not test any of our products on animals or use animal by-products. 

​

How fragrant are Lula's Candles?

Since we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same aroma as paraffin candles or other candles containing additives. You will be able to achieve a pleasant fragrance in a medium-large room such as a living room, bedroom, kitchen, or office.

Can you send my items as a gift to someone?

Will I be charged sales tax?

Only if you live in Georgia. ​

Yes, please see our Soy Tealights Variety Pack; you will be able to purchase and test all 4 of our signature scents.

How often should I trim my wick?

Please keep your wick at 1/4 of an inch to create an even, scent fulfilling burn!
